New cut flower enterprise launched

Tanya Bramley has launched her new flower business, Hedgerow and Meadow Organics,  producing British seasonal flowers, foliage and herbs for local florists, restaurants, artisan flower arrangers and the public. The flowers are grown at Empire Farm and are fully organic.Tanya is passionate about growing British seasonal flowers and looks forward to working with local florists and businesses and members of the public. She is very happy to discuss all your floral requirements, whether for a special event, such as a wedding, or if you simply looking for something fresh and unusual or want something specific grown. The new business offers a wide range of services including bouquets, sympathy flowers, flowers for florists, DIY flowers for brides and weddings, plus seed sales  A local delivery service is also available. For those looking to improve their floristry skills, Tanya is organising a range of professionally-run courses taught by a highly qualified florist, starting with winter flowers in December.

The flower farm is not open to the public so visits should be made by appointment. There are also opportunities for volunteers wanting to work with flowers.
