What you will learn

At this time of year, tomatoes are growing well and the harvest is underway. But what are you going to do with them all – eat them, dry them and cook with them. But what can you make with them? On this half day course Vivien Lloyd will show you how to make fabulous tomato chutney, ketchup, and spiced tomato jelly. The session ends with refreshments.
