| Our Three-bird Roasts are ideal for Christmas lunch, they look fabulous and they are so easy to carve. Each goose is carefully boned, filled with layers of pheasant and partridge meat and finished off with a central roll of a fruity pork stuffing, made with our own organic pork. The goose is rolled up and trussed, then covered with our streaky bacon. We prepare two sizes of Three-bird Roast, a smaller one at about 3 kg in weight which will serve about 8-10 people, and a slightly larger size of 4 kg that serves up to 12 people. Your Three-bird Roast is packed in an insulated box and sent by overnight courier for delivery on Wednesday 23 December.. (update - please note that this is now the only delivery date available for Three-bird Roasts) We supply full cooking instructions. Please note that the label will not bear the SA logo although the produc tis made from our own organic goose and pork because we have not added this product to our SA schedule |  |
