Terms and Conditions Payment We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments via Worldpay. We accept the following Cards (MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Visa Purchasing / JCB / Solo / Switch). Goods ordered by cheque will not be delivered until funds have cleared in full. Credit Card Security Payment is processed through a Secure Order Processing page. Order Notes Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Pounds Sterling. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that will include Transaction and Order Reference numbers. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale'. Refunds, Returns and Cancellations Your satisfaction is really important to us. All of our products come with a 'no quibble' guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products in any way, please call or email us immediately and we will arrange for a full refund. We reserve the right to request that the products are returned to us, which case we will refund any postage costs. Under the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may cancel an order for any reason within seven days of placing an order, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Please note, however, that you do not have right to cancel orders for any food products if we have commenced preparation or already despatched the order, since these products are produced to customer requirements and deteriorate and expire rapidly. If you do wish to cancel an order, please call or email us immediately and we will arrange for a full refund. Course refunds Cancellation more than 14 days prior to the course - we will refund the cost of your ticket, less a £10 admin charge Cancellation 7 - 14 days prior to the course - we cannot refund your ticket, but will transfer you to another course of the same value, or supply a Gift Voucher. Cancellation 7 days or less prior to the course - we are unable to offer a refund or transfer your ticket Courses booked with Gift Vouchers - we do not offer any refunds, but can transfer the booking to another course or re-issue the voucher if the cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to the course. Unlawful or Prohibited Use You shall not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or by any means prohibited under this terms and conditions. You shall not use this site in any manner, which may harm The Empire Farm or other parties or adversely affect the site functionality or its use by others.
