Preserving Courses

Vivien Lloyd is teaching a number of courses on preserving. Rather than have an afternoon of making jams or chutneys, Vivien is focussing on one ingredient and will show just how versatile these ingredients can be, making jams, jellies, syrups and even fruit vinegars and gins. Often raspberries, apples , tomatoes and chillis are in glut so these sessions are invaluable in making the most of the glut. In Novemberr she is running a one-off course on Edible Christmas Gifts to show you how to make a truly gourmet present.
