Pork

Stock up on pork - our best value. A half a pig weighs between 20 and 25kg (not including the head, which we do not usually supply). Please see the product detail for the cuts that we supply. Whole pigs can be ordered for delivery from Sept 2010 onwards. Please contact us by email before ordering.

This selection of pork is ideal if you do not have a lot of space in the freezer. The box contains at least 8 kg of meat, including a joint, chops, sausages, belly and diced pork. Order early - available from Sept 2009

Our bacon is dry cured using sea salt, sugar and a wonderful mix of herbs and spices. Xmas only
