Our geese are raised to full organic standards. They free range on our fields during the day and are led back to the safety of the barns at night. They are grass fed through summer and autumn and then fattened with wheat in November. The birds are slaughtered on the farm, plucked, waxed and hung for between 7 - 10 days. The oven ready birds are supplied with their giblets. Your goose is packed in an insulated box with freezer packs and will be delivered by overnight courier to arrive either on 22 or 23 December. We provide full cooking instructions. This year we are not raising as many as we have done in previous years, so there are limited numbers in each size range. However once we have slaughtered the birds we may find that we have more available. These will be advertised for sale from the 17 December for delivery 23 December. Please check our website. |
