Empire Farm School is very lucky to have a passionate and experienced team of tutors. They bring a wealth of experience to the classroom. The butchery courses are taught by Marc Frederic Berry and Dan Green. Sally Morgan runs the livestock and smallholder courses, usually with the help of her husband Adrian. Vivien Lloyd runs a number of preserving courses, while local cider maker Alan Berry takes the cider class. Tim Hamblin takes the bee-keeping class.
