We have some great Aylesbury duck - plump, tasty with quite a lot of fat! The fat, just like goose fat, gives the meat a wonderful flavour and is great for cooking. These birds have been allowed to grow slowly, so they reach a good weight - your duck will weigh between 1.5 and 3 kg, and can serve up to 5 people. Your duck, along with it's giblets, is packed in an insulated box with freezer packs and will be delivered by overnight courier to arrive either on 22 or 23 December. The pack will include cooking instructions. |
