We always have a selection of meats available. Despite the rise in food and oil costs we have done our best to hold prices wherever possible. All the meats are organic and have been raised on our farm, with the exception of the wild meats. Our cured meats are prepared with the help of Marc Frederic, who runs our courses on Curing and Smoking, Sausagemaking and Charcuterie. Much of our meat is available for delivery within 14 days. However, sometimes you may have to wait a little longer for delivery - please see individual product descriptions for details. Meat can be booked for Christmas delivery - just select the delivery date when you add the item to your basket.
