Radio

The Independent article on DIY Butchery on 9 August mentioned Sally and the butchery courses here, and this was followed by an interview by Jeni Barnet on LBC Radio. Check out the blog for more details.

Colleen Jackson, from Somerset Farm Radio, recently visted the farm and talked to Sally Morgan about the 100 acre organic farm that she runs with her husband, Adrian. They discussed raising poultry. promotion of traditional and endangered breeds and the courses for foodies, chefs and smallholders who want to learn how to add value to their meat.
