Pigs and Poultry Weekend
“Just wanted to drop you a line and say thank you for the weekend, we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was really really good and we cant wait to get started here properly. The weekend was so informative and at the same time enjoyable, I came back feeling like I’d had a holiday! I must tell you, we ate our chicken tonight and it was wonderful. I used a Jamie Oliver recipe with lemon, garlic and thyme and it was heavenly. The legs are a meal in themselves! We notice the website has been updated and there is a reminder of it on there! I really wanted to do him justice and I feel so much happier about the whole process and informed. Your dedication to the welfare of the animals and promotion of healthy organic produce is admirable and re-assuring.”
Smallholder Day
“We attended your smallholding course last weekend, and I wanted to thank you and Sally for making it a thoroughly enjoyable day. We were very impressed with everything we were shown and were able to experience and to add to this, we have just had our roast chuck which was the best chicken we have ever tasted.
