Dear Empire Farm, I bought a magnificent goose fom you a couple of years ago. May I order another at Christmas.
This the first chance I've had to say thanks for the Goose. Most of family were very sceptical, and were a little unsure about not having turkey, but it turned out brilliantly. I used a stuffing made from sausage meat, plums, chesnuts, sage, onion and layered this with meat from a guinea fowl and a partridge. Thanks to your expertise in boning out the goose, this was very easy to do - the only problem i had was learning how to sew it up afterwards. It cooked perfectly, and carved fantastically - i cut staight through the bird in large slices - a real feast for the eyes as well as the stomach. the carcass made the stock for the perfect gravy. Thanks again for all your work in prepering, boning and shipping this to me.
Just to say that the ducks arrived - on time and beautifully packed - and that they were delicious. We had them Chinese style - crispy with pancakes on Xmas day and they went down a storm. Thank you very much.

I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you for such a beautiful goose. This year was my first attempt at cooking a christmas dinner (and first attempt at cooking a goose!!). The bird was fantastic and there were 6 very happy faces around the dinner table at 3pm Christmas Day.
