Since we do not deal in large numbers of animals, we usually slaughter to order. In the case of pork orders, there may be a delay of several weeks. In these circumstances, we will advise customers of any delay, and of a likely delivery date.

Christmas deliveries

This year Christmas Day falls on a Friday, so we will be arranging deliveries for Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd December. Delivery Charges

We charge £10 for standard delivery (9am to 5pm) or £12 for morning (8am to 12 noon) or afternoon (12 noon to 5pm). However, in some of the more remote areas of the UK, timed delivery may not be available. We use a courier service from UKMail that does not require a signature, since it is almost always better for perishable goods to be left, rather than being returned to the courier depot. For this reason, at checkout we request our customers to provide details of where the goods can be left, and also provide us with a mobile phone number in case the driver has difficulty finding the delivery address. Once the goods have shipped, we supply a tracking number so that you can trace the package on the UKmail website.

Course Vouchers

Course vouchers are delivered free by first class post. We aim to complete the order within 7 days of purchase, as we personalise the vouchers. Please advise us if you require immediate delivery (for that last minute present) or if you would prefer us to send the voucher and accompanying documentation by email.
