We will be adding new dates for our Butchery and Curing courses soon. We do not do run butchery courses during August.However, our full programme of butchery and curing courses will be running from September.

Hands-on butchery dates - we are planning some more dates for June. If you are interested in a hands-on course, please email us and we will add you to our email alert list. This goes out to people who have expressed an interest in this course and they get priority booking.
