Our bacon is dry cured using sea salt, sugar and a wonderful mix of herbs and spices. Unlike a lot of bacon you can buy, which is wet cured and therefore high in water content, our bacon does not shrink significantly when you fry it. We make back bacon from the loin of our organic pork, and streaky bacon from the pork belly. Your bacon is sliced and then vacuum packed. Note that our bacon does contain permitted preservatives. |
