When you order a voucher, you can add the name of the recipient in the 'Additional Information Box ' on the Checkout page will we will personalise the Voucher. All the recipient has to do is choose a course and date from the website and phone us to reserve a place. Our Gift Vouchers are freely transferable between courses of the same value, or the recipient could choose to put the voucher value towards a more expensive course. Please see our Terms and Conditions for details regarding cancellation. If you know which course and dates you want, then the best way is to buy a ticket for that course and write that it is a gift and the name of the recipient in the 'Additional Information' box on the Checkout page, and we will send a personalised voucher with the date and name of the course on which the recipient has been booked. If the date proves to be unsuitable, they can change to another date so long as they give at least two weeks notice. Our gift vouchers remain valid for 12 months, but are non-refundable. We supply the voucher and an information pack which can be sent directly to the recipient if required. You can specify both a billing address and a delivery address at checkout. Discounts We offer a discount for two or more vouchers booked at the same time - just make sure to select a 'First person' voucher from the drop down list below and add this to your basket. Then select a 'Second and subsequent person' voucher and add that to your basket. |
