What you will learn

Learn how to prepare a three-bird roast for Christmas. During this afternoon class you will dress and then bone a goose and stuff it with pheasant, partridge and a pork stuffing, which you take home to freeze for Christmas Day. These roasts can cost more than £80 to buy so this course represents excellent value.

Administration

The numbers on this courses are limited to 8 people so that everyone can have plenty of time and space in which to prepare their three-bird roast, and to get individual help from Sally when it is needed.

The course starts at 2 pm and ends at approximately 5 pm. Most of this course takes place in the butchery which is not heated so warm clothing and thick socks are needed! We provide protective clothing.

The price includes all tuition, course notes, and refreshments including afternoon tea. And, of course, your three-bird roast.
